Day 1
Ok my first night of listening to stages 1-4 of Ocean Surf, Trickling Stream and Ultrasonic using my headphones. Found it really hard to listen to the Ocean Surf then when the Trickling Stream came on I found it more comfortable to the ears. By the time the Ultrasonic kicked in I think I must have fallen asleep.
Had weird dream that I was attacked by a giant mountain lion. The mountain lion sank its teeth into my leg. I screamed for help but no one came so I picked up a spear and was about to drive the spear into the lions neck when the dream ended.
On awakening this morning didn't feel any different I guess its the first day ;-)
