I have been using BAMM 2.0 for almost 11 months now. It has OGSF in every stage. And while it has cleared a great deal of fear, guilt and shame for me, guess what? There are still things I am afraid of.
The things I am dealing with now, though, are my deepest most core fears. Things you might call the "life wound" that are soul deep. But I still have fears, and I am still working on, and overcoming them, as I can handle it.
If you did OGSF for 3 months, and you think you might get value from doing it again, I say, take 1-4 weeks off and run it again. OGSF works like you're peeling away layers of an onion.
