A bit slow with the updates lately--there was not a lot to report last week as my weight stayed the same. In fact, it hovered for nearly two weeks at what I consider my "wall" where I have not been below since high school. Today, when I weighed in, I can report that I significantly broke beneath the wall by 3 pounds. I am now down 9lbs total (7lbs since starting tracking plus 2 at beginning). In addition, I have noticed some really crazy net intake calorie charts. I am netting a really low amount after the extra exercise and the lower food recently. I think in the past two weeks the program has overcome the resistance I had at my "wall" and is now pushing ahead strong.
When I last spoke to Shannon, he indicated the version 6 of what I am using will be even more effective as crushing resistance due to the self optimizing amplifier (hope I said that right!). I look forward to using that shortly.
