Noddy i'm not sure where you got the impression others are posting their own journal in other peoples threads... what would be the point of their own journals then? Why not just all post in one?
I'd understand if you were talking about Stage 2 as that is what was asked.
I also wonder how you only have Stage 1 of the program and not all the stages? Maybe you meant you only listened to Stage 1 then stopped... i've done Alpha 2011 and 5.0 and the changes come from doing it all and not just Stage 1. And Shannon has done every version from 2008. So he knows what he is talking about
