If life is a battle and every day the negativity arround you is sapping your spirit, then it might be best to pick one area of your life and stick to one mp3 sub until the results appear.
If you tackle too many mp3s at once, you are like a batallion of soldiers spread out of 10 miles, too thin on the ground and gremlins can sneak through and frustrate your attempts at change.
If you practiced jumping high for a few weeks, you may be able to shoot more netball baskets per game - an excellent return for your efforts.
But if you try and fix several things at once, you could find your brain has to guess where to put it's energy because you are expecting miracles in too many areas of your life at once.
It took more than one day to build a fence. You can't hammer the staples until the wires have been stretched out.
Fix one area in your life, and your mind says, "great, now I have the confidence to tackle other parts of my life".
Not much point in being able to seduce all the women in your street, if you don't have enough money to take them places. "Promise a lot and fall short".
