Okay today i have to write this post
Alpha male is playing during day about 6-7hours on my earphones and at night i play aura of sexiness
Improvements
- My face look edgier and sharper
- Having more strength on workouts ( belive me i need this )
- Becoming much tidier and cleaning behind myself
- Touching people more while i talk
- When i am talking with woman dont even have to think what i am going to say - right stuff pops out.
- I am attractive guy but didnt see for long time girls "melting" around me ... now when i come somewhere i just see tons of signals from woman which start touching themselves, adjusting hair, shirts and being nervouse around me.
- when i think some girl looks good i grab her by hand and say "You look really good today" this is starting to happen on daily basis and i dont even think about it.
- More bold and relaxed when talking with people
- Imrpoving myself and knowing what is the next step ( i always worked really hard on myself but now its like i know where i am going even though i have no idea )
- Having feeling of there is a lot love in me, that i have to share with someone ( didnt feel like this for quite long - was always about sex before )
- More focused and when i am not in moment i start becoming aware and sometimes angry which i dont like
- Neediness is on really low lvl
- Girl starting to contact me or call me on drink - which i didnt hear for long time.
- I have subtle panic attackts which i never cured completly they are connected to my sugar lvls ... and there are situations when i get lost - now i feel like i starting to do right stuff and hopefully they will disapear completly out of my life.
- sex drive is really high
- NO MORE PORN at all, dont wanna see it
- quit coffee completly
