I have noticed that whenever I pull a drill sergeant and yell and scream and holler, the next day my voice does that. It's the swelling of the larynx, I think. I also get it when I have certain types of cold. I have been told it's *very* sexy.
Then again the other day I was told my voice is "naturally hypnotic". I had to laugh.
