It is possible for speakers that are able to reproduce ultrasonic audio properly to have difficulty at high volumes because the resulting force creates distortion, which comes out as static.
If you follow the directions for setting the volume and still have the static... then there's something wrong with either the speakers or the player.
Ok, understood. When I follow the directions for setting the volume, there is no static. However, just to be sure I downloaded and burned the test speakers mp3 onto a CD and when I tried to replay it on my stereo, the stereo said there is no disc. So I burned another CD because I thought that something may be wrong with the first one, but the same thing happened again, it said there is no disc. Do you still think my speakers are fine or should I just get another set of speakers?
Thank you very much Shannon!
After reading over the specs there good enough to reproduce the ultrasonics. Make sure you burned the cd to the proper format for what its asking for. When I say that I mean dont try to play a mp3 cd on the player if it doesnt play mp3s. Lots of software like windows media or itunes should automatically change the mp3 into a wav cd which is akin to compact disc playing.
