i've a last question, in instruction said that i should listen to the program stage at least 8 hours, last time i always listen while sleeping for 5 hours ( i sleep just 5 hours a day ),my friends suggest that i should listen each stage for 40 days not 32 days if i listen just 5 hours a day, is that okay ? or I have to keep running it as instructed?
