Most weight charts give quite a range for healthy weight. For instance for my height my lowest weight is 96lbs and highest weight is 129lbs. My sister who is the same height as me looks great at this highest weight, hour glass figure with curves in all the right places. However I just looked like a barrel on legs. Also she felt confident and happy at that weight.
On the other hand at the lowest weight I looked emaciated, whereas others looked petite and cute.
Please do not think I am trying to find a flaw here as that is furthest from my mind...but I don't see how you can give a set, ideal weight based on someone's gender, height and build.
This is meant to be a question and not a statement.
Will it matter in 10minutes, 10hrs, 10days, 10weeks, 10months, 10years.
