So finished up stage 4 Yesterday and onto stage 5 today.
A few things on stage 4
* Notice motivation to get fit going up not to sure if its the program or me but really wanting to lose my excess weight at the moment. Even stronger motivation for it than when I was on alpha. I've been sticking precisely to my eating plan and at the gym 5/6 days a week. Only downside is trying to cut out the drinking. I've cut it down but cutting out is the hardest thing to do
* Noticed I've become more honest all round emotionally I've been straight up with people and not sugar coating anything or exaggerating anything
* Had a couple of girls interested. One girl was a random hookup at a party and another was a long term friend who has literally fallen head over heals, She was talking about moving back from Auzzie to NZ just to be with me and so on. I managed to be very straight up in saying that I wasn't looking for a relationship and was just after having fun at the moment. Unfortunately in both these cases they were girls I'm not really physically attracted to
Just on a side note what anyone's thoughts on the following daily intake if i'm doing a gym session with it
Calories = 2025
Protein = 200g
Fat = 37g
Sat Fat = 7g
Carbs = 150g
Sugars = 25g
Sodium = 1000mg
I'm trying to shred/bulk as much as possible in the next 13 weeks before I go away. I've been following it religiously for the last 2 weeks apart from a little bit of alcohol (3 drinks a week)
