My friend, what you posted is the signature of an altered and damaged file. My plot starts sharply at 15 kHz. Yours starts at about 100 Hz, fades after 2,000 Hz and then reappears at 11,480 Hz and gives an exaggerated plotting of mine before cutting off at 20,500 Hz. It should cut off sharply at 20,000 Hz or extend fully to 23 kHz, depending on specifically when it was created.
Somehow, somewhere, that file has been altered, adjusted, and damaged. You need to download it again.
