60 days may be enough to gain permanent results, but it's unlikely. You may need to return to the subliminal periodically if you begin to backslide, assuming the fear isn't completely removed. I'd suggest a minimum of 90 days, and see where you are. Everyone is different, and fear has a different grasp on each of us. Good luck.
