I've been pushing to have our visual subliminals be put through by software since we first considered it. It's still an option as Shannon has yet to make the call on whether or not they are a go. If they are, then we'll come back to this question of the best delivery method (video, software, etc). I'm glad you brought it up though, and thanks for the suggestions they are very much welcome.
