Thanks guys. The lethargy has all but gone now. I actually feel really 'fresh' in every sense of the word like I did when I first started the sub.
Today I did my first, short, 8 minute 'Natural Grounding' meditation to a video on youtube. I didn't cry like some of the comments reported but boy did I become attuned to a real soft, emotional energy. It was very joyful yet slightly moving. Baring in mind I only watched a 8 minute video this was quite a 'snap' - and a lightning quick 'snap' - out of the rat race. It totally took me beyond the confines of my own ego and I jsut sat there immersed in what some would call a 'subtle energy'. I was listening to the Women Magnet sub simultaneously and I really liked the effects. Next time I'll do a much longer session.
I think Natural grounding is something Shannon could make a lot of use of in his video subs (yet to try one), professional photographer and all.
