First of all... you're not following the directions. The directions say to use each stage for 32 days. Not 40.

Secondly, you can't tell me you even searched for the answer to your question, because right there on the first page of the FAQ section near the top is the thread titled "Help with deciphering the [Alpha Male] stages".

And thirdly, wouldn't you suspect that maybe the program is six stages for a reason, and that getting upset that you haven't had the end results by the start of Stage 2 would be just a little unreasonable?

And on top of that, it's a well known and documented and discussed fact that not everyone will get obvious results from Stage 1 because it's designed primarily as garbage collection and clearing, and not everyone needs that.

So... perhaps you should reserve judgement until the end, let go of expectations, and realize that this is going to take time. Just like it always does. Just like it always has.
