Many years ago, I had a car accident & I went to the chiropractor 3 days a week for 2 years. The insurance from the auto accident ran out & I had to switch to a chiropractor that took my health insurance.
The new chiropractor insisted I get a massage before he adjusted my back. I refused & he said he wouldn’t adjust my back until the massage therapist gave me a 5-minute back massage. I reluctantly agreed because I was still in pain.
After the 5-minute back massage, the pain was gone. 2 years of pain, gone in 5 minutes!!
