I think the % off for previous purchasers, since it's a balance between DMSI being planned to be upgraded until it was working for most people and the huge amount of effort and work put into it over time, with alot of upgrades over that time.

The % off chosen by the user depending on their results, coming from the guy who sees all of the things people try to do on the backend I can only see that going wrong and some people taking advantage of it.
