See, on the body-energetic level, I've got this "wound" going up from the right side of the area of my root chakra to my heart chakra, usually on the right, but sometimes on the left. So while I'm using EHPRA it will sometimes act up, like I'll feel physical pain for some moments (mostly in the heart), but most of the time I get this funky, ticklish sensation (like f. in. now while listening to my loop for the day).
Had a very nice session with my hot psychotherapist today. Talked about love. Feeling pretty good, listening to some music. Currently I've got Chris Cornell's (RIP, man!) "You know my name" and Mozart's "Hai gia vinta la causa" from the Marriage of Figaro going.
