funny, when i saw this question i knew shannon would answer with something extremely long and usefull and he did =).
on the other hand now actgi if there is proof those programs work simply put, we are the proof.
I started with a subliminal called Become Irresistibly attractive to beautiful women 15 days in, i started noticing results such as girls feeling more free with me laughing all the time and fighting for my attention and i was saying things i never said or bothered to say before because im usually just the quiet guy, i was astonished by such a fast change and then i dropped the program and immediatly got AM 5.0 because i knew thats what i needed for my self and girls will come later, and my decision simply came in the right time for me.
