Personally, I don't think I would be able to accomplish the work I am doing recently if it were not for MM. It's getting me to the point that not only do I recognize when some part of me is (or was) resisting something I consciously want to accomplish, it's making that action happen regardless. It's not always fun or comfortable or easy, but it's happening. Is that what you're experiencing also?
