 Coz DRS is like an Emotional Bug Zapper only it gets  some of my  moody as hell, negative state,relatives to F- Off, when they come by to visit, UN announced, most of the time!!

 I Mean they have 'pleasantly" gotten up and go TFO of the House, when their unnecessary  Bullshit  routine didnt work. DRS " got cha" :-)

 MY experiences have been such, with DRS running
 1) They either get frustrated and do the 'geez would ja look at the time,Im outta here" routine or
 2) They step up to the plate and start to really listen to what I have to say, to respect me or
 3) Fake Respect me until they can git the heck outta dodge and go run the kah kah on a more 'willing'  person.
 I Love Love DRS ,it gave me a kind of necessary 'space' to breathe and be, in short they backed off and let me be.
  I'm fine with it.
 The GS works in a different way of course,but I can see how very effective it will be in the future even more so than now.
  Again no complaints from Me, I'm happy/Relived that its 'in there!"

Can you, at this point, compare and contrast how the two different shields differ in their effects, re: the above?

 The two are very different but with a similar purpose. For me DRS was  way more obvious, of course, as it used more energy to power up, but it was real obvious , I mean almost right off.... DRS was like Kung Fu,  grounding shield is deep and powerful too... but quieter like Akido... again the two are very different but with a similar purpose ,as such. Just because something is quiet does not mean its not powerful, in fact  in most cases it can be and often is even more powerful
  Since Ive only begun this process with MM w/ GS, I'll need more time  and experience to give you a better if not 'fuller' answer.
