First night, next day(today) Slept well, made my bed up 'differently'
said to my self ,several times, in the last few hours ,since Ive been up, "problem solved' there are other things as well..
Positive thinking Positive attitude and Grounding Shield - at work
though I wont be reporting even minut detail, certainly not... I will say that after ONLY one hours usage,yesterday morning ans then today 'off"...things are'different',better. the over all,over arcing effect all way around impressive.
a Boundiful blessings on the back deck this morning, found an old lottery tickect( symbolic),decent expereinces with a few 'challenging relatives this afternoon.
again Positive thinking Positive attitude definitely kicking in..but again there are 'other things' going on beneth and abouve the surface. whew, calmly impressive
I can hardly wait to get more days under my belt...more days of running this puppy. so It'll be 2 days this week since I got the program on Thursday the 10th. Next week 3 day adn the follow week 4 days and so forth. the accumulation is what I AM anticipating.... the journey definitely continue...
