Let's see... 3.6 kg/2 = 1.8 kg, and a kg is ~2.2 pounds, *1.8 = ~3.96 pounds.

Well one thing I know is that when someone is obese or morbidly obese, weight comes off a lot faster than otherwise. The key is to prevent yourself from losing weight so fast that your body starts to think it needs to save you from starving, and 3.96 isn't likely to do that.
