I’ve used it for short bursts (5 consecutive days or less) it in the past. It gave me a burning desire to actually go to the gym and I started a regular gym routine and also started doing dumbell exercises during meetings. I work from home and we don’t use webcams haha. To me, getting me into the gym was the biggest advantage of using it, because sometimes I get into patterns where it’s difficult to motivate myself to get back into a gym routine. I can’t speak past that unfortunately. Looking forward to reports from you!
