How many different ways have you not followed the instructions on this run so far?

Interesting question, not sure how to answer. Here are my steps at a high level:

1) when I bough the sub a played a loop or two during the morning at my desk to see how I reacted (something I usually do when buying new subs and subjecting myself and my wife to them during sleep. I don't think you suggest the 'pre-listen' on this one.

2) After the first couple days, I upped the nighttime listening to 4 loops.

3) Used OE for an hour a couple days ago.

4) May have gone an extra day (as of today, 8/4)
