Well there are many how ever I'd say a good 'starter kit' would be Phyllis Light's "Love now here's how" Book and Louise L.Hay's books "you can heal your life" and related titles by her, in fact theres a FREE PDF version, if you search using those key words,in your search, Phyllis books are available on her site lighthealing com or Barnes and Noble's has it and several other book sites.
Please do me a flavor Men, if there is a problem with this post or you feel it conflicts with IML's products, Let Me know and give me a chance to delete it , tover being banned for recommending some book titles which is exacly what I AM doing here,based on a forum member's request on self improvement.
