A letter to the Universe...
Dear Universe ,thank you!!!
MY 1st day off of this 4th cycle of UMSv2-Stage4..... after a 40 hour week of UMSv2,which ended yesterday afternoon.
I truly was ready for a 2 day break,my be 3 , not shure yet. just damn relieved/glad for some 'downtime' unwound time,in process right now.
Shannon's post's has got me wondering which should I do,how should I adjust,do I need to,even?
Im on an 8 hour feeding loop (6 loops) of UMSv2-S4.... On my samsung Galaxy J1, which I absolutely love,its older,still works like a charm and easy to load my playlist. The sound/volume setting is right at the 50i% mark,half way up. 7 er 8 clicks,on volume. that is just right for me not terribly loud not too low,I can clearly clearly hear it. As stated its just right
If I hit it up to 11 ,too darn loud, if I lowered the volume to 6 or 5,too Low. So Here is where it 'sits' at setting volume 7.
Shannon,in case you're reading this at some point, 6 loops,feel just about right, 7 loops would blow me outta the water and 4 loops would be too, too low for me.
Mucho congrats ,Shannon ona massive major 'domino's ' effect with UMSv2 S4. amazing. whew. wow Man. what a break thru ( break through's! Ha!).
I was doing 4 loops, then several weeks later 5, I finally settled at 6 loops = 8 hours.
