Me: Its like this almost every day that I use UMSv2 S4....but its lessening some,because it has become more like' every other day" im exhausted from listening and have to go lay down to deal with it afterwards.
I was doing 5 hours straight and that was it,last week I started up with a guaranteed, committed 6 loops, 8 hours a day 5 days a week now and that up-ed the exhausted but thankfully most days I have the option.luxury of being able to lay down and take a much needed nap.
so now its 8 hours a day( 6 loops) 5 days = 40 hours a week and thats my limit. I do go over that..... until other wise directed by my subconscious and/or guides I;ll maintain that routine.
I Hope Shannon that you and your GF are coping better now.....with S4. It indeed is a challenge,but hella worth it !!
