Just did 6 hours of UMSv2-S4.....4 loops, and 40 laps....round the track.actually I feel purdy decent with this all things considered, if by tomorrow morning or early afternon, I super jittery agitated ...I'll super know to cut back on my listening time loop and drop down one loop to 3 ,other wise....deep dive continues...... I did however have a really powerful insight that was/is soo encouraging. strong clear message from my subc'.
