Now I see that FRM and OF are in fact making progress, regardless of everything else. Truly incredible. I feel now like there is a whole new world opening up for me to experience, and I don't have to be held back or held down by old fears and beliefs and associations and ties to pain, trauma and poverty. It's a blank slate, and I can make it anything I want.

Congraulations Shannon! I' read your not TMI for me,twice... I will again Im shure,its 4:44 am and I Had to start this all ove ras my older lappy stalled on me, just when I was to click post reply mode!!
Non the less, I can totally relate to what all you are sharing. for me too its like a whole new world of options are coing to gether, different things merging ,converging into a whole puzzle of sorts that fits together beautofully and works towards the end,begin again goals ( OFv3 and UMSv2 can be used over and over again,hence reach the goals and go on to other or higher one's in the same vien) Im frustred coz what I wrote before came out so much better...none the less

in short yeah this UMSv2 is a game changer and two : I very much appreciate jhow y0u and Ben have opened up and shared so much, about your indiviual journey's challenges,frustrations,fears, recovery,progress and the like. amazing.

OFv3 is a hellafied program to say da leasr,as is IMSv2. so thank you two!!
I am so looking forward to UMSv2 stage 4. I miss the hell outta FRM 5.0, but I know change is being made in stage 3,as well !! I miss it though!!
