I bought BlackDragonBlog's "Ultimate Open Relationships Manual"; it's meant to help convert women you're dating into a part-time girlfriend who is okay with your dating/sleeping with other women, without lying or compromising.
It's happened a couple of times where the woman I'm seeing starts broaching the topic of a long-term relationship. I'm down to date them once per week (and they push for more). I'm pretty good at keeping things as they are, but women do want something more, and I've never worked on relationship skills.
