Stage 3, Day 1,
I was allowed to leave work early at noon due to New Year's Eve.
I cleaned my apartment, then spent a number of hours planning out the first 9 months of 2021 (I have a lot of learning-related goals); note that they're not based on results per se, but rather the specific habits that I will be doing each day.
Then, I pushed myself on a tempo run for longer than ever before. It sucked but I stuck in there.
I'm about to start Draft #5 of my book but I have inner resistances; the quality is no longer "project-quality," but rather "book-quality," meaning that people will be directly reading the words that I have written. That scared the crap out of me the very first time I put out a book, but considering that this book is more personal and hard-hitting, and that family members are aware of this book project and are expecting to read it, is what makes me a bit anxious.
It's been a while, but I think it's time to bust out the faster EFT for this specific issue. I'll be careful to not compete with AM6 programming.
