Alpha Male v6.0, Stage 1, Day 32,
Switching over to Stage 2 today.
Started going back to the gym due to a much lower COVID risk in town.
Been reading for my book project; going well.
I'm going to focus on building strength and cutting down body fat, all while staying conditioned, then gradually increasing mileage on the treadmill. Might run for 2 hours tomorrow, like last week, to build up cardio.
On Black Friday (at 12:15 AM), I bought two gadgets for my running; a Garmin Forerunner and an Airofit with breathing exercises.
Going to get a more edgy, fade-type haircut on Monday, as opposed to a old-school haircut. See the above post.
For the first time, I'm listening to the recommended audiobook by Alexander John - and I've gone through the AM 6 stages multiple times.
