Shannon is currently working on the next version, but I can't say when it will be out as I don't know and i'm not sure Shannon knows yet.
Same with the differences, that's not known yet and it also depends whether Shannon chooses to reveal the differences. One thing though is it will have the latest FRM (Fear Removal Module).
