You need to run it for as many months as instructed per "run through". So for each one, it would be 8 months per run through.
Quote:Also with LTU6, is there a such thing as 'two runs'? As in once you are done with stage 6, do you have to start stage 1 again if you want to run it a second time or do you just listen to stage 7 for longer?
Stages 1 through 6 are designed to make you able to handle stage 7, and get the most out of it. If you want to run through stages 1 through 6 twice, instead of doing 1 through 6 and then Stage 7, go for it. Just make sure you use stages 1 through 6, in order, as instructed, before you try to use Stage 7.
I suggest after your first run of stages 1 through 6, you use Stage 7 for at least a month before deciding if you want to/need to run Stages 1 through 6 again.
Thanks again for your fast and detailed responses, you always deliver.
I plan to use E4 for 8 months to hit those emotional issues hard then switch to LTU or OF, most likely LTU.
Do you think that is a viable option?
Sure. As long as you're following the instructions and not trying to do 2+ subs at once.
But keep in mind, you can make loose plans now, but after 8 months of OF or E4 (or running LTUv6) you will have changed, and so will have your circumstances, needs and point of view. You would be wise to make tentative plans now and then re-assess when you are finished with the program.
