Need help deciding: LTU6 or E4

Ya, that’s the other reasonable option. 

Doing E4 first could remove deep issues and thus make LTU more effective. Otoh, you might even find that you don’t need E4 any more once you’re through with LTU. It all depends on your priorities, follow your gut feeling. The good news is that you can’t go wrong, either way you’ll have an excellent program that will likely give you very good results.
