Thank you for reading my journal :-) It feels really great. 
I had some thoughts „should I do this?“ before asking the girl at the gym but in the past I always decided „nah stay in your comfort zone it’s gonna be embarrassing“. 
After I left I saw her going to her mother (I guess it was her mother based on her looks) and they started giggling. 
Well a few seconds thoughts popped up in my mind thinking again „ok maybe I shouldn’t have“ but it was only a few seconds and afterwards I didn’t care. 
So the insecurities regarding approaching are not gone completely but I feel like it’s definitely going into the right direction.
