The thing is alot of pua stuff is attempting to get around fear, of trying to do it in a sneakily way instead of expressing yourself in the way you want to and such. And alot of it really fucks some people up.
Obviously it's good to develop social skills and some people might need to. But alot of it comes naturally when you're in the right place.
