Hi guys as an update my stomach and gut issues are improving but I will need to put this on a sideline. I'm still listening to MHS daily for like 80+ days continuous with no off days while I have been listening to it following the on and off cycles in 6 months already.
Now I for the past days I've been having shingles / herpes zoster on the left side of my face. It looks like someone have my voodoo doll. Anyway should I continue with MHS or switch to Maximum Immune Response since it is viral? Please if Shannon or anyone is here, it would be of help thanks.
