Your original post didn't actually have a clear question of what you're looking for past "DMSI/UM/MLS" without clarifying what you really want to achieve. Nor really offer suggestions and mainly comes across as a rant. So it's difficult to offer help from that.
EDIT: For others reading all this, if you're warned about rules and in the process treated fairly and then you keep escalating it after that, and then escalating more in messages.. then don't be surprised if you get banned.
