I am using headphones, they are more effective than speakers due to the way of subliminals works ,with headphones subconscious understand suggestions more clearly.
Bluetooth is not recommend when using subs, because it can reduce quality of subliminal.
speakers are fine. headphones are best(dont use headphones with ultrasonic sub, ultrasonics can only be used with speakers).
