It was a painful day today but good thing I manage to get some work done. I ended my colon cleanse 3 days ago exactly when my stomach and chest pain is acting up more than expected. Probably due to it being done and being unconsciously stress or probably not. I noticed as well that due to not cleansing I'm drinking less water (From 12 glasses to only 9). This might be part of the reason for it.
