After waking up today, I remembered my dream more vividly as compared to the "ON" days. I'll make sure to take note of this tomorrow when I wake up to see any difference.
I overslept this day by waking up one hour past my bed time. I woke up a bit more refresh but there are times within the day when I still felt sleepy and tired.
