Hybrid is ultrasonic and masked layered in one. It's technically the most powerful file, but that depends. If you're someone who hates being told what to do then it can come across too forceful and in that case something that's more gentle like ocean surf would be better. But if you can handle it then it's going to be the most powerful version for you.
You don't need to listen in a meditative state, you can listen while doing other things other than what the warnings say.
