I found the passive real estate offer with the one financial info package I'd purchased, and it's long term growth. However, the tradeoff is whether one puts in $500 or $500,000 the money is locked up for 5 years. No payout for 5 years. Decent annual returns, but it's all portfolio accumulation. Not my present focus, so I'll remember this for later.

Cash flow is why businesses stay in business, and this is definitely not a cash-flow investment.
