Bloom, for me, depends on how many loops I do. If I do enough to overpower any resistance, it follows a pattern where for the first day or two, I either notice that I am cranky and short tempered, or I am extremely productive. Cranky means we are pushing part of me faster and/or further than it wants to go.
The next couple days I feel great and I have all sorts of cool stuff happening in the form of manifestations and ideas and productivity.
Then within 1 or 2 days after that the effects fade and I need to re-run the program. I do 8x1, 4x0 most cycles.
With resistance, depending on your personality type, you're either going to need one dose and then a sufficient amount of bloom time (too much exposure will be resisted), or you're going to have to carpet bomb to get past the resistance (if you can't find a good number of loops/days on to get any results from.
