Day 2
What stands out to me, is how calm and collected I am. There is a subtle bodily serenity that permeates me and at the same time a deep mental tranquility. There is no mental fogginess whatsoever.
Yesterday I disposed of all my tobacco. Today I feel no craving in any way.
