I've been trying to Subscribe to this thread.  I tried using different web browsers (Chrome/Edge/Android) and I still get the same results.

I had the same problem, and it´s solved removing the ‘2’ from usercp2.php. Just remove it in the address bar and yoú’ll be subscribed.
Anyway I think this is something @Benjamin  should look into.
