Just effortlessly spent the last hour revisiting Jason Capital's book with intense thought and focus. One of my favourite quotes from it:
"It's easier to act your way into a new way of thinking, than it is to think your way into a new way of acting."
One of the main principles he discusses and teaches in this book is an intense, purposeful and smouldering eye contact. I've drastically transformed my entire posture, standing/sitting positions, walk and have been steadily improving my tonality but that intensity of eye contact with a true purpose whilst I talk to people, particularly women, can be a powerful thing and it's one I'm ready to stop neglecting and start practicing from tomorrow.
This sub truly is pushing me to self improve and pick up high status wealthy habits.
